Dynamic Commercial and CDA work with a select group of clients – financially stable, high-credit companies requesting single-tenant properties, especially those with a fast-track, build-to-suit need. With a repeat business rate of nearly 100%, our regular clients include several Fortune 500 companies and national retail and restaurant chains.
Most of our projects focus on retail, industrial and office space throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southern regions of the United States. While the majority of our properties are stand-alone, single-tenant outparcels, we have expanded into the development of multi-tenant commercial real estate products in select situations. Additional experience consists of the development, construction and leasing of entire shopping complexes, office buildings, and office and industrial parks.
